1. Not Professional Advice
Build Your Next offers free, self-service tools designed to help you explore career transitions and financial planning. Our tools are educational resources and do not provide professional advice in any form.
Specifically, the Financial Runway Calculator is an estimation tool based on inputs you provide. It is not a substitute for professional financial planning, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of its calculations. Before making significant financial decisions, including changes to your career or employment, please consult with qualified professionals such as financial advisors, career counselors, or legal experts who understand your complete situation.
2. Use at Your Own Risk
Our tools and all content are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that our tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Build Your Next is not liable for any consequences, damages, or losses that result from your use of or reliance on the information provided by our tools. 3. Data Responsibility
Your data is stored locally in your browser using browser storage mechanisms. We do not store your data on our servers. You are responsible for backing up your own data. If you clear your browser's cache or storage, your data will be permanently lost, and we cannot recover it.
We strongly recommend regularly exporting or saving your work outside of our tools to prevent data loss.
4. Acceptable Use
Our tools are provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use only. When using our tools, you agree to:

- Not scrape, mine, or extract data from our tools

All content, design, code, functionality, and materials on Build Your Next are owned by Build Your Next or our licensors. This includes but is not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software. All rights are reserved.
You may view and use our tools for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, or republish any content without our express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Build Your Next will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our tools, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of income, loss of business opportunity, or loss of data. Your sole remedy is to discontinue using our tools.
